THE REGISTRATION PROCESS

There are two ways to register for the baseball season:

  • Click on and print off the Player Registration form on the left. Fill it out and mail it in to the address at the bottom of the form along with one cheque for the appropriate registration fee (on the form) and a separate $100 uniform deposit cheque.

  • Register in person on the regular or late registration dates (to be posted on this site once finalized).

Once you are registered, CHMBA conducts tryouts for players interested in playing competitive baseball. For an explanation of competitive verses recreational baseball, click on "Divisions" in the menu and refer to the bottom of the page. Once competitive tryouts are completed, CHMBA will conduct house league player evaluation sessions so coaches have a better chance at selecting balanced house league teams. Dates for both of these sessions will be posted on the website once facilities are contracted. CHMBA will also email these dates to all parents as well. It is important to provide a proper and legible email address on your registration form if you wish to receive these notifications. Once teams are selected, you will be contacted by the team coach.

CHMBA POLICIES

Players and parents should be aware of all CHMBA policies governing everything from proper registration to refunds, NSF cheques and, Code of Conduct (including fair play). For complete information, click "Policies/By-Laws" in the menu on the left.
